SP2200 Alkaline blend of anionic and non-ionic surfactants and solvent for complete contamination removal and free-rinsing from substrates. Available in EU-compliant formula Ultrasonics, megasonics, immersion, scrub All duty precision cleaning where residual surface must be spot free, with no residues left prior to various coating applications. For use in intraocular lens and ophthalmic manufacturing Fingerprints, process contamination, dust, particles, hydrocarbons Polycarbonate coated or uncoated, CR-39, silicone, PMMA, glass
SP2275 Neutral pH formula for acid and alkaline sensitive materials, no caustics or silicates for spot-free rinsing and easy waste disposal. Available in a low-foaming formula and available in EU-compliant formula Ultrasonics, megasonics, immersion, scrub Clean ophthalmic components with low concentration while running in-process or assembly operations Fingerprints, process contamination, dust, particles Polycarbonate coated or uncoated, CR-39, glass
MD6000 High-purity detergent with a unique blend of nonionic surfactants for meeting the critical cleaning requirements of the medical device industry Ultrasonics, megasonics, spray All components of the formulation comply with the applicable regulations of the FDA for medical device cleaning. Excellent sequestering ability Hydrocarbons, allyl carbonate monomer, O ring marks, stains Stainless steel
DP98014 Heavy duty formula for mold and lens cleaning to ensure superior coating adhesion. Can be used at ambient or elevated temperatures High-pressure spray, ultrasonics, megasonics, immersion High-pressure spray cleaning of ophthalmic lenses and molds. Excellent for chip removal from edge grinding operations Wax, mold release, fingerprints, dust, process contamination Polycarbonate coated or uncoated, CR-39, glass
SP2700-KB Buffered acid-based dip tank formula designed to prepare surfaces for better coating adhesion Ultrasonics, megasonics The surfactant system in SP2700-KB will reduce surface tension and convert surfaces from hydrophobic to hydrophilic. Can be used following a rinse after alkaline cleaning Fingerprints, process contamination, dust, particles Polycarbonate, glass, stainless steel, aluminum
DP188 Moderately alkaline detergent with low surface tension for removal of the most tenacious soils in ophthalmic manufacturing Ultrasonics, megasonics, immersion, hand wipe Immersion of polished components in DP188 will wet out and penetrate, breaking the bond of glass lens polishing materials Aluminum and cerium oxide, diamond slurry, oil, fingerprint, dust Glass, various metals
