Ceramics

The evolution of ceramics and composite materials is accelerating rapidly across a variety of markets from medical to semiconductor, as well as within a multitude of other high-tech industries that manufacture precision ceramic components. Body armor, semiconductor susceptors, medical implants, surgical tools, fine watch parts and piezoelectric components are a few of the items the VALTRON® line of formulated detergents are designed to effectively clean, removing the most tenacious soils and contaminants that are the by-product of ceramics manufacturing.

VALTRON detergents are sub-micron-filtered and clean room compatible for ultrasonic, megasonic, soak, and spray cleaning applications to yield pristine clean components by removing machining oils, inorganics, particulates, dyes, waxes and many other contaminants. Standard and custom blends are available in neutral pH, alkaline, and acidic formulas that reduce surface tension and provide excellent wetting characteristics even on the most porous composite substrates.
